We need a ride-booking app that simplifies the process of choosing a destination, selecting a vehicle, and tracking trips—while offering users flexibility and multiple payment options.

My Role

My goal was to create a fast, user-friendly, and visually appealing experience by:Designing an intuitive flow for quick ride booking Creating a seamless multi-step process to guide users from selecting a ride to payment Enhancing the UI with real-time tracking and driver arrival estimations Ensuring accessibility and ease of use for all user types

The research process is the foundation of any successful design project. By understanding the needs, challenges, and goals of both users and the business, I can create solutions that are both effective and impactful. A user flow outlines the steps users take to accomplish tasks within the product, ensuring a smooth, logical, and intuitive experience from start to finish.

Wireframe

In the wireframing stage, I create low-fidelity sketches or prototypes of key screens, focusing on layout, structure, and functionality without the distraction of visual design. This allows me to test and refine the user experience early on.

In this stage, I build a design system that includes reusable components, style guides, and patterns. This ensures consistency across the product and makes future updates easier to manage.

Conclusion
Results

Our team worked hard to create a modern and user-friendly interface that allows restaurant owners to easily manage their reservations and orders. With Tabela, we have streamlined the ordering process, reducing wait times for customers and increasing efficiency for restaurant staff.

Since the launch, we have seen a significant increase in the number of restaurants using Tabela to manage their operations.

We are proud to have contributed to the success of our clients and are committed to further improving the Tabela platform to meet their evolving needs.
