We need an easy-to-use platform that enables businesses to track and manage orders, monitor deliveries in real-time, and provide customers with up-to-date information on their packages. The solution should be reliable, fast, and enhance the customer experience from start to finish.
My role was to craft a simple, intuitive interface that makes the delivery process more efficient. I focused on designing key features like dashboard management, order tracking, and package monitoring to ensure users have clear insights into their deliveries. By utilizing clean layouts and real-time data integration, I aimed to provide both businesses and customers with a seamless experience, minimizing complexity while maximizing usability.

A user flow outlines the steps users take to accomplish tasks within the product, ensuring a smooth, logical, and intuitive experience from start to finish.
In the wireframing stage, I create low-fidelity sketches or prototypes of key screens, focusing on layout, structure, and functionality without the distraction of visual design. This allows me to test and refine the user experience early on.
In this stage, I build a design system that includes reusable components, style guides, and patterns. This ensures consistency across the product and makes future updates easier to manage.
At this stage, I focus on developing and integrating the features defined in earlier stages, ensuring they function as intended and meet the user and business requirements.
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of all active and pending deliveries. Users can quickly see package status, key metrics, and any critical alerts, ensuring they stay on top of their deliveries without the need to navigate through multiple pages.
The Orders List is a detailed overview of all placed orders, allowing businesses to track order progress from initiation to completion. Users can filter by status, date, and other variables to easily manage large volumes of orders and ensure timely deliveries.
With Package Tracking, customers and businesses can follow a delivery’s journey in real-time. This feature offers live updates on package location, estimated delivery time, and any changes in delivery status, providing complete transparency throughout the entire process.
The final stage involves handing off the design to the development team, providing them with all necessary assets, specifications, and guidelines to bring the design to life seamlessly.
I worked hard to create a modern and user-friendly interface that allows restaurant owners to easily manage their reservations and orders. With Tabela, I have streamlined the ordering process, reducing wait times for customers and increasing efficiency for restaurant staff.
Since the launch, I have seen a significant increase in the number of restaurants using Tabela to manage their operations.
